Haiti Earthquake Relief
Haiti was a country of African Slaves that gained independence January 1, 1804.  Haiti was became independent when they led a revolt by General  Toussaint Loverture to become the first black led republic in the world.
They were the land of the forgotten left to build with little to nothing.  Throughout the years they assited the United States and South America.  Now the country is in need of our help.  They have been plagued with a lack of shelter, food and water, and the loss of love ones.  The Children are now getting sick and taking from there land and families.
If you have any questions or concerns about what is happening in the Haiti Relief Efforts, Please refer to the information below.  We have to stay on the media and the world about what has happened in Haiti.  We always tend to wait until something happens before we help.  Then the help is temporarily and we forget the weak again.  We have make difference for long term.  here
There have been over 100,000 deaths in Haiti due to the Earthquake.  Another 200,000 injured and everyone is homeless.
Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere.
